Ensure your epoxy resin kits or supplies are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items to prevent leaks or damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
